Show Racism the Red Card is delighted to welcome Millwall's Darren Purse as a new patron for the campaign

Millwall defender Darren Purse is the latest professional footballer to pledge his support for Show Racism the Red Card by becoming an honorary patron.
Darren has more than 450 appearances in the Football League and Premier League, having previously played for Leyton Orient, Oxford United, Birmingham City, West Bromwich Albion, Cardiff City, and Sheffield Wednesday. He was also capped by England at under-21 level.
Darren has been actively involved in the Show Racism the Red Card campaign this year; he attended our 15th Anniversary events both at Unison Centre and Parliament. We have also interviewed Darren for our new film resource "Homophobia - Let's Tackle It", which will be released later this year.
We would like to thank Darren for the support he has shown to the campaign and look forward to working with him in the season ahead.
